INDIVIDUAL WORKSHOPS can be bought on the day at the door for $30 per workshop if you do not wish to buy a Full Pass or Day Pass.

Once you have booked you may request changes or transfers by emailing us. There is a $30 administration fee for changes including partial refunds and transfers. No changes will be accepted from May 23rd, 2021. Changing Performer Passes to Full Passes will be paid at the current price the Full Pass is changed. Cancellations will incur the following fees;

• 50% refund if you cancel your Pass up to 30th April 2021
• No refunds from 1st May 2021

The NZ Salsa Congress reserves the right to change Instructors and Workshop Timetables due to circumstances outside of its control however all effort will be made to find suitable replacements.

IMPORTANT NOTICE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE TICKETS - CONGRESS POSTPONEMENT DUE TO COVID LEVEL CHANGES:  In the event of a Government announcement of a level change from 1 to 2-4 in the period leading up to or during the Congress that limits / prohibits the use of the venues or affects the running of the Congress, the NZ Salsa Congress reserves the right to give purchasers at its discretion A) a full or partial refund of monies paid B) a credit for the amount paid to be carried over to the following Congress.

Includes access to all Congress Workshops, Shows & Parties. You must have registered your performance with the Congress before you can purchase this pass. Check with your team/couple representative that your registration has been received by the Congress before purchasing.

SATURDAY PASS: $160. Includes all workshops shows and parties on SATURDAY of the congress

SUNDAY PASS: $150. Includes all workshops shows and parties on SUNDAY of the congress

Note: Shows and parties are already included in Performer / Full Passes and Day Passes, so only book these as well as your Pass if you are booking extra tickets for friends or if you are not getting a Performer / Full Pass or Day Pass.

Note: Tickets for parties and shows will not be posted out. You can pick up your tickets from the Congress registration desk.
STUDENT Tickets are only available for those 16yrs and under, proof of age may be required when picking up tickets.
