Terms and Conditions.
Once you have booked you may request changes or transfers by emailing us. There is a $30 administration fee for changes including ticket upgrades and name transfers. No changes will be accepted from May 28th, 2025. Changing Performer Passes to Full Passes will be paid at the current price the Full Pass is changed.
The NZ Salsa Congress reserves the right to change Instructors and Workshop Timetables due to circumstances outside of its control however all effort will be made to find suitable replacements.
