INDIVIDUAL WORKSHOPS can be bought on the day at the door for $30 per workshop if you do not wish to buy a Full Pass or Day Pass.
Once you have booked you may request changes or transfers by emailing us. There is a $30 administration fee for changes including partial refunds and transfers. No changes will be accepted from May 15th, 2020. Changing Performer Passes to Full Passes will be paid at the same rate the Pass was originally bought, PLUS $30 Change Fee. Cancellations will incur the following fees;
- 50% refund if you cancel your Pass up to 31st December 2019
- No refunds from 1st January 2020
The NZ Salsa Congress reserves the right to change Instructors and Workshop Timetables due to circumstances outside of its control however all effort will be made to find suitable replacements.

Includes access to all Congress Workshops, Shows & Parties. You must have registered your performance with the Congress before you can purchase this pass. Check with your team/couple representative that your registration has been received by the Congress before purchasing.
FRIDAY PASS: $130 until 27 May Weds 1pm. All workshops shows and parties on FRIDAY of the congress. $140 at the Door
SATURDAY PASS: $150 until 27 May Weds 1pm. All workshops shows and parties on SATURDAY of the congress. $160 at the Door
SUNDAY PASS: $140 until 27 May Weds 1pm. All workshops shows and parties on SUNDAY of the congress. $150 at the Door
